jopp#10 Peer Production and Work

This issue of the Journal of Peer Production analyses cases studies of volunteers in commons-based and commons-oriented production. In all cases this labour was unpaid. This raises a number of questions. Who can take part? What does this mean for work and society? Why does this matter, and should anything be done about it?
